Preach My Gospel

I am a 26 year old that was raised in the LDS church. I have family that is also LDS and some family  that is not. I have friends that are and some that are not. Seems like the only times that I have done really well on scripture study and personal prayers is when I was the most miserable and needed help or comfort during depressing times. It's kind of hard for me to keep doing those things when everything is going perfect in my life. I have never had the desire to serve a mission, but I decided that I need to be my own missionary and find out for myself what many others have already figured out. I like being LDS and for several reasons, but somethings bother me because I don't completely understand. Maybe not knowing everything is part of the test and learning to have faith that it's true even when you don't have all the answers. I just don't know, but I decided that I will go through the "Preach My Gospel" book to help me figure things out better and hopefully gain a better testimony of many beliefs of the LDS church.
